Contentment

Just a few words today . . . 

I'm cleaning, decorating and grocery shopping . . . in preparation for the 

Easter 

weekend 

with my dear ones.

I'm looking forward to putting work aside, and spending time with family.

As I de-clutter and dust, I'm aware of how much I enjoy my little home.

My collections of sweet old things give me pleasure

and I'm thinking about

 how

 blessed

 I

 am

Whether there is any real value in my

 "antiques" 

or not, 

they are arranged to please my particular taste and style,

and they help create

 a

 cozy

 atmosphere

 and 

serene

 environment.

Laundry

ironing

folding

vacuuming

paper sorting

shredding

filing

putting away

trash out

dishwasher unloaded

these are mundane

 repeated

 time

 and 

time 

again

but they are 

all the steps to achieving

harmony  

There is such

 contentment

 in

 my

 heart
